When working with couples or any set of 2+ individuals, I focus on helping each person to build empathy and communication skills as well as cultivating curiosity and compassion for self and others.
I employ various protocols and techniques such as drama therapy and role playing, self hypnosis, visualization, emotional management, and talk-based coaching.
The process involves meeting all together, then each person separately, followed by group sessions. I work with all kinds of relationships including romantic partnerships (couples), families, and even friends and business partners. I can also support individuals who are facing challenges in their relationships even if the other parties cannot or will not attend.
